Catrakid is a vision of God for children, given to the heart of a servant, with a deep calling to childhood, Pastor Fredy Martinez. Catrakid is a vision born to address the problems of childhood and the holistic needs of the boys and girls of Honduras.
The program would be run and administered by Ébed International Ministry under the direction of Pastor Fredy Martinez and his administrative board.
The program will be developed under the “Ministry Partnership for the Children” agreement between local churches and Ébed International Ministry.
Ébed International Ministry will be responsible for seeking sponsors and churches in the United States who can learn about and join the program.
Ébed International Ministry will facilitate the transfer of financial resources from sponsors to local churches that have signed the “ministry partnership for the children.”
Each local church, in ministerial partnership with Ébed International Ministry for the children, should have the capacity to develop an administrative and operational program and to provide safe and secure installations and an environment for children.
Our program will be piloted in Honduras in the town of La Concepción, in ministerial partnership with Iglesia Manantial de Vida (Living Springs Church), pastored by Fredy and Alexandra Martinez. La Concepción is a rural community with 320 households and approximately 1560 inhabitants. The community is located in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Yojoa, in the department of Cortes, Honduras.
